Monday 30th March:  

Unfortunately due to the current national situation with Coronavirus & Government guidelines, our nationwide stores & central depot remain temporarily closed.

Due to these closures, we are currently unable to offer in store viewings until stores are permitted to re-open.  Any current or new store viewing requests will be stopped and cancelled forthwith.

Our central depot is also closed and unable to dispatch orders at this time, we are therefore advising of significant delays in dispatching orders at this time until we are permitted to re-open.  Any orders placed will be held securely until such time we can dispatch.

Thursday 26th March:  Depot Closure

Due to developing circumstances and the safety of our staff and colleagues, we have taken steps to temporarily close our central processing depot. This means we are unable to dispatch or receive any items until we re-open.  Whilst we endeavour to open as soon as possible, we anticipate a significant delay to any outstanding orders at this current time.

If you have an outstanding order with us or if you wish to return an order during this time, please contact us first and a member of our team will assist you swiftly.

Tuesday 24th March:

Following Governments announcement for increased levels of isolation, social distancing and the temporary closure of our High Street stores, we can advise that any orders placed with us online may be subject to delays.

The majority of items for sale on our website are held and displayed in any of our 200+ nationwide stores as well as a centralised depot. We therefore advise delivery lead times based on location as follows:

Goods Held In Stores:   5 Week Lead Time.

As our High Street stores are closed, we cannot access stock until they re-open.  The lead time for any item ordered which is located in a store is currently 5 weeks.

Goods Held at Central Depot : 5 Working Days

Stock within our central depot is available at a greatly reduced lead time as we can dispatch goods in a timely manner, subject to Royal Mail operations at this current time.  

Our online team will continue to operate and support all customers during this time. Its our priority to get your order to you in the most efficient time possible, but please bear with us during this potentially challenging time.

We urge all customers to contact us first to enquire about product availability to ensure you get the most accurate information to help with your purchase decision.

We remind you that all orders received during this period will benefit from a 45 day returns policy to allow for extra time should you wish to return your order for any reason.

View In Store requests remain unavailable until further notice, any attempts or requests will be rejected.

Unfortunately due to the current national situation with Coronavirus, our stores, staff and colleagues are taking necessary steps to minimise risk to our visitors, customers and staff.

Due to these steps, we are currently unable to offer in store viewings until further notice.  Any current or new store requests will be stopped and cancelled forthwith.

Currently, the majority of items online are eligible to be posted to you if purchased online.  We are therefore extending our returns period to 45 days to allow for any potential delays or isolation issues and added peace of mind.

We urge all customers to browse and buy online, and with 45 days returns, should you find your item unsuitable you are welcome to return within this extended period.
