We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please return the product to us within 7 days.

To return the item/s, they must still be in the original packaging and both the product and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was sold to you. We will be happy to exchange or refund the item as long as you have your receipt.

Please note that if the original purchase was made using a credit or debit card, refunds will need to be to that card (cash cannot be given).

Terms & conditions

• Pre-owned jewellery items are sold as seen. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. You can return items to us within 7 days of purchase.

• We cannot exchange or refund any pre-owned item without a receipt.

• It’s important that any unwanted item/s are returned in a re-saleable condition. Therefore you must have all the original packaging and labels, and that both are undamaged and unused.

• Please note that all pre-owned items are sold as seen. We cannot be held liable for the extent of previous wear and tear. However, should an item of jewellery break in the normal course of its use, we will be happy to try and arrange a quote for you for its repair.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:

• Products which have been personalised for you

• Made to order products

This does not affect your statutory rights.
