Covid-19 Updates:

18th January 2021

From Monday 18th January all stores will reduce opening hours, operating between the hours of 10 am – 4 pm, Mon-Sat.

13th January 2021

UK wide restrictions are currently affecting our delivery service nationwide.

Due to the distribution of stock in our branches, items are taking longer than expected to get through the network. Please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries during these times. Please contact us should you have an urgent request and our team will be able to assist.

Click & Collect
Click and collect of paid orders is currently permitted and operational, and can be selected during checkout. All of our stores operate Covid secure operations to protect our colleagues and customers.

View In Store Service
Due to government restrictions we are currently not able to offer this service, existing View In Store requests have regrettably been cancelled until we are allowed to invite you back to our stores for viewings.

Are your stores closing?

Following the Government’s announcement on the 4th of January 2021, the retail element of our H&T stores will be closed. We are currently still able to offer a click and collect service, and our online store is still operating.

  • Southampton - Est Store

Are you still doing view-in-stores?

We are currently unable to offer in store viewings until retail in our stores is permitted to re-open.  Any current or new store viewing requests will be stopped and cancelled forthwith.

Can I still shop online?

You can still shop online. We offer a free home delivery service and have a 30 day no quibble returns policy. We are also operating a click and collect service.

What preventative measure are you taking for online orders?

Rest assured, we have numerous preventative measures in place to ensure all of our products are being handled safely, hygienically and inline with updated safety protocols which all staff have been trained on.

Social distancing and extensive cleaning procedures are in place across all areas of our distribution centre to maintain the safety of all of our staff.

Outstanding Orders

All outstanding online orders will be processed as normal, due to current circumstances and pressure on delivery services some orders may take slightly longer than normal to reach you.
